Unkle - End Titles... Stories For Film

This project - that its creators insisted was not a proper album but a collection of extra-curricular material - was released between Unkle's War Stories long-player and Where Did The Night Fall [which I did blog earlier]. What I like about this is how visually it bridges the two projects by featuring both the images by Robert Del Naja [who created the War Stories cover] and the the photography of Warren Du Preez & Nick Thornton Jones [whose work adorns Where Did The Night Fall]. Subsequently there is a continuity - a suggestion of a Darwinian-like evolution or some transitional phase - through that back-catalogue: something that I would argue is more likely to attract the 'completist' collector.
